The first 5 years of your career are crucial to set you on the right path towards success. Whether you wish to be a senior programmer or a freelancer, you will have to evaluate the job market trends versus your capabilities. In a nutshell, what can you offer your future employers and customers?
To answer this question, we have invited Danny Mak, Head of Partner Engineering at Google Cloud, to Tech 101 next Wednesday (8 Dec 2021, 7:30 pm (GMT+8)). He will speak about his own experience how he boosted his professional growth by:
- transitioning from a software engineer to a sales engineer role with MS Azure,
- picking seemingly irrelevant skills at Apple, and
- seizing various project opportunities at Amazon Web Services to grow his portfolio.
