An international company that is listed on the NASDAQ and specializes in Internet-related services and products is looking for a Data Scientist Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the growth and performance of a group of data scientists who will be working on validating the efficiency of their LLM. By becoming the dominant Internet media powerhouse, the corporation has been able to control the I.T. industry on its own. Over $28 million has been raised by the company in its Series A fundraising round.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Work with researchers to develop and implement workflows for the data science team
  2. Write effective, high-quality Python code to solve problems
  3. Give a clear explanation of the logic behind the code in Jupyter Notebooks
  4. Debugging programs and producing thorough documentation
  5. Reviewing code provided by a machine and providing feedback on its correctness, conciseness and efficiency and, occasionally, proposing a better/more elegant solution
  6. Effectively communicate with researchers to comprehend their needs and share their findings
  7. Accurately convey complicated issues to stakeholders and team members
  8. Work with programming, especially Python, and data evaluation (tables, charts, and diagrams)

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  2. At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist
  3. 5+ years of Python programming and data science experience
  4. 2+ years' of experience leading a group of at least five employees
  5. Demonstrable expertise with data science and SQL
  6. Outstanding interpersonal abilities to work well with researchers and stakeholders
  7. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  8. Strong business acumen and data analysis abilities to identify the key questions to ask the dataset, provide meaningful answers, and communicate the key findings in an organized manner
  9. Proficiency in both written and spoken English 

 

Location Open (except OFAC, China, Ethiopia, US and Canada)
