Job Requirement
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and ongoing improvements to existing applications built on React and FileMaker, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and build new customizations for applications to meet evolving internal stakeholder requirements, enhancing functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams to align development objectives with business goals and compliance needs.
- Stay actively engaged in the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and testing.
- Provide insightful input into the design and architecture of application solutions, prioritizing efficiency and maintainability.
- Act as a key contributor to the team, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development process.
Job Requirements:
- Proven expertise in React development, with a solid understanding of its core principles and lifecycle.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining FileMaker databases.
- Familiarity with project management principles and experience in leading or collaborating closely on software development projects.
- Capacity to work efficiently within the Central European Time (CET) zone, ensuring full 8-hour overlap with the team and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
At least 1 year of exp with FileMaker (this is a must), 3 years of exp with React, dev will work on maintenance of applications based on React & FileMaker and develop/build new customizations.
Location: Open (except OFAC + US + Canada)
