A Market Leader in Singapore with clients in Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, TabSquare serves over 20 million diners annually. Clients include well-known F&B brands such as Pizza Hut, Burger King, KFC, Jollibee, Sushi Tei, Paradise Food Group, Old Town White Coffee, Richeese Factory and PappaRich. 

As a part of our business expansion plan, we are looking for a Project Manager based in Singapore, who will be responsible for planning and overseeing key regional projects (i.e. overseeing development & deployment of products / features as agreed with our F&B clients) across APAC markets to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This role reports to VP – Operations based in Singapore. 

Job Description: 

● Responsible for full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple projects simultaneously 

● Determine and define project scope and objectives 

● Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members across engineering department and other stakeholders 

● Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner 

● Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan 

● Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership 

● Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution 

● Monitor progress and make adjustments, as needed 

● Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement


Job Requirement

Requirements: 

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, with prior experience of at least 3 years in a restaurant’s IT Operations. 

● Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building, since the candidate will be managing strategic key F&B clients, spread across regionally. 

● Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, and the technical side of it. 

● Proven ability to solve problems creatively

● Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful 

Technical Specifications: 

● Familiarity with tech architecture concepts (networking, cloud infrastructure, hardware specifications, APIs, integration) would be a huge advantage.
