Overview:
The Head of Technology is a strategic role, with an objective to facilitate the introduction of innovative product solutions within Tabsquare’s portfolio that have significant business value to our clients. Reporting to the Director, the Head of Technology will lead multiple teams of technical staff responsible for the development, testing, packaging, and delivery of our products to the market. The role would be responsible for creating and maintaining all aspects of Tabsquare’s technology. 

Responsibilities:
• Develop, communicate, and execute the product roadmap and strategy for assigned initiatives and bring them to market, working closely with sales, data, customer support and external partner teams.
• Ensure product success through scope definitions and change requests, running team estimations, creating and managing backlog and scrum iterations, leading and managing technical teams using agile processes, ensuring solutions are delivered with clean maintainable code, fully tested and meeting requirements; working regularly with partner stakeholders to ensure updates are provided by both sides and providing general support of ideas, conceptualisation, strategy, version/release planning.
• Identify innovative technology solutions for use in product development that ensures the product superiority in the market.
• Hire and manage an exceptional team of on-site and off-site developers and engineers and enable a development environment that fosters creativity and talent.
• Position the team from day one with a “data” mindset enabling the capability to gather and analyze data effectively to maximize our opportunities and the service Tabsquare provides to its customers
