Cybersecurity Auditor (Assistant Manager/Manager Level)
Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Auditor at the manager level to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should be a local Singaporean with a strong background in cybersecurity auditing, particularly in government projects, with a deep understanding of IM8 policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee cybersecurity audit engagements for government projects, ensuring compliance with IM8 policy guidelines.
- Develop and implement audit plans, methodologies, and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of each project.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in information systems and networks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to address cybersecurity concerns and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices to enhance audit methodologies and services.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity auditing, with a focus on government projects and compliance with IM8 policy.
- In-depth knowledge of IM8 policy requirements and experience in implementing and auditing controls based on these standards.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing audit teams and delivering high-quality results.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Singaporean citizenship only.
