Job Requirement
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with product management and development teams to design and optimize product frameworks, understand and define customer problems, and build testable hypotheses for improving the customer experience
- Define the right interaction models for product success and evaluate outcomes
- Design beautiful, user-friendly interfaces for our website and platform
- Create and implement attractive and clear marketing materials
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Understand product specifications and user psychology and contribute to product discovery
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create UX guidelines and design templates to hand-off to other designers and developers
- Partner with product management and development teams on building out product roadmaps
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio of UX and UI projects
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Xd, UXPin, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to haves
Experience with a high-growth startup. Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and React.js. Experience with UX research methodologies.
