Responsibilities: 

• Stay up-to-date on the current threat landscape and cybersecurity events, continuous knowledge improvement in tools and best practices in cybersecurity
• Communicate across internal divisions, customers, vendors and partners
• Maintain enterprise systems with focus on cybersecurity
• Troubleshoot reported issues
• Liaise with technology vendors for escalation where required 
• Patch and update of tools and systems
• Prepare incident reports and maintain records of service level agreements (SLAs) for customers
• Maintain technical documentation
