We're looking for you!
We’ve been focused on our product and are now expanding the team as we prepare for an
ambitious year ahead. We’re building up a data team within the larger Product/Engineering
group to enable data-driven decisions.
We’re currently building our data infrastructure MVP from scratch, consolidating our existing
data silos into a cloud data warehouse. You’ll be using tools like Stitch or Fivetran for data
ingestion, dbt to model data while adhering to software engineering best practices, and Mode as
a self-serve BI platform.
The problems you’ll solve will include things like creating custom integrations for our data
ingestion tool, architecting and organising data models based on stakeholders’ business
requirements, iteratively improving upstream data quality, and brainstorming ways we can
improve our data product and culture.
You’ll be reporting to the CTO while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that
stakeholders have a reliable platform with accurate and well-modelled data.
The role :
As an analytics engineer at Partipost, your overarching goal will be to build a data product that
enables better decision making across the business.
● Take ownership of our foundational data stack, working closely with Product and BI to
○ build and manage a modern data stack in anticipation of our growing need for
data
○ design and test data models to support different teams’ data needs (beginning
with product analytics and business intelligence); and champion data governance, establishing tools and frameworks to guarantee data quality and empower cross-functional teams

Job Requirement
Sound like you? 🙌
● At least 2 years of experience in analytics engineering in a startup environment, or
experience in a similar field (e.g. data engineering, BI, data analytics) and looking for a
change
● Familiar with the different components and tooling options of an end-to-end modern data
stack and ELT workloads, ideally comfortable working with tools such as
Stitch/Fivetran/Airbyte, dbt, Snowflake
● Fluent in Python and SQL - able to query and manipulate data with ease
● Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (version control, future-proofed
code, testing, etc)
● Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
