What you'll do:

  • Define product strategies and roadmap for consumer e-commerce platform, on both mobile and web to align with business direction and company vision

  • Manage a team of product managers and lead the ideation, development, launching, and iteration of product features

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and related parties to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and workflows

  • Participate in discussions with business teams and contribute to decision making from a product perspective

  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and other related parties to identify needs and provide solutions

 


Job Requirement

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in product management for 8+ years, and 3+ years in travel and/or E-commerce

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

  • Strong leadership skills and people management with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams to achieve goals

  • Focus on UX and be able to fully understand users' needs and behaviors. Able to balance UX and business goals

  • Excellent cross-function collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be a plus.
