Consequently the role of advanced analytics has to scale up to be able to deliver significant business outcomes.
We are looking for a talented Data analyst that will look after the following spaces:
- Responsible for providing key insights for Income’s upsell/ cross sell campaigns driven by machine learning, thus contributing to insight driven design in our projects.
- Create dashboards and deep-dive analyses to gain in-depth insights into customer/advisor behavior and generate insights from qualitative and quantitative research as well as A/B testing.
- Work in a team of experts in the field of data & analytics and are involved in various projects with exciting topics such as campaign optimization, data story telling or reporting automation.
- Interact with Income’s consumer business along with other stakeholders and drive data story telling leveraging principles of business analytics and visualization.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Business, Computer Science or equivalent fields
- 3- 4 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science
- Experience in leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaigns/sales
- Conversant with Python/R along with SQL (knowledge on working in Hadoop is a bonus)
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel) and dashboarding tools such as Tableau/ PowerBI
- Translate data leveraging principles of analytics into actionable insights and craft stories for effective story telling
- Aptitude and eagerness to learn, think creatively to solve real world business problems, and work in a collaborative team environment
- Characterized by a structured way of working and do not lose track of several projects.
