Senior Manager, Infrastructure
Job Description
What you’ll do
● Empower the Infrastructure team to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability and simplicity
● Collaborate with other managers and squads to ensure timely delivery with correctness, security, observability and resilience
● Initiate, lead and contribute to Infrastructure and Infrastructure Security wide key initiatives
● Evaluate, adopt new tools, technologies across Cloud/Devsecops/Site Reliability portfolio.
● When required, work as Tech lead and architect and automate various cloud designs keeping in mind the pillars of Well Architected Framework.
● Lead Cloud/Devsecops/SRE strategy and adoption
● Direct project teams toward solutions that align with agreed guiding principles, strategy, architecture, and standards
● Recruit great engineers, train new engineers.
● Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
● Providing guidance to multiple teams on how to automate application and infrastructure deployment.
● Own multiple vendor products and work with vendors when required.
● Own security architecture in the cloud in collaboration with other team members and functional areas.
● Work with the Security Incident Response Team and Product Security team to investigate security events/incidents and take remediation actions.

● 8+ years experience in total experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience working with Cloud technologies and handling DevSecOps functions for complex systems.
● 5+ years in leading development technical teams with complete hands-on experience.
● Strong knowledge in Public Cloud platforms AWS and GCP.
● Experience in provisioning Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
● Strong experience in container technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
● Have good experience in CI/CD and SRE.
● Good to have Experience administering traditional security appliances, like Palo AltoNetworks Prisma Cloud.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
● Good to have Familiarity of regulatory requirements (i.e., MAS TRM Guidelines, PCI, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX)
