As a COO, will play a critical role in scaling our operations and steering the company towards its strategic goals. You will be at the forefront of operational excellence, driving growth, and ensuring seamless integration of our innovative AI solutions into the market.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and execution across business operations.
- Spearheading the launch and management of new business ventures.
- Enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity.
- Member management, including mentorship and 1-on-1 coaching.
Job Requirement
- Management strategy, experience in formulating business strategy plans
- Experience in leading the launch of new services and new businesses and achieving certain results (including hands-on experience at consulting firms, VCs, etc.)
- Company management as an officer or relevant experience
- Experience in discussing business plans with shareholder investors
- Start-up experience or hands-on management reform experience
