Chief Information Security Officer
Job Description
Affinidi is a rapidly scaling business, and we are looking to build the organization and bring it to the next level, therefore, the creation of this Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) - to lead and scale our Security and IT teams. You will be part of the Leadership Team to define strategic security goals, develop and implement a robust technology framework with an emphasis on security, oversee and apply appropriate technology, and tools. Located in Singapore, you will be responsible with offices across Singapore, Germany, India, and Ukraine reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, as well as inter-group entities across the LemmaTree group of companies.
Job Requirement
What you will do:
- Be accountable for the overall security posture of information systems across the organization
- Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures
- Select and implement suitable security technologies to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, in collaboration with the legal/compliance team
- Manage the organization's information security budget and resources
- Oversee the identification and assessment of information security risks, implementing strategies to assess and mitigate risk, and safeguard the organization and its assets
- Respond to security breaches and incidents, and coordinate crisis management and the recovery process
- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization
You should apply if you have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity
- Relevant industry certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Strong leadership and management skills and have the courage to do the right thingss, and do things right
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate security- and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001
- Familiarity with security technologies and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and identity and access management systems
- Have the passion to lead not only best strategies surrounding technological improvements but also an elevated level of passion to drive security in security engineering, secure architecture, risk management, and compliance
- A professional with growth mindset, constantly challenging the norms with latest and up-to-date security practices
