Currently undergoing development are three applications that leverage Affinidi’s technology: Safe Travel initiative, a digital medical credentials ecosystem to safely open up international air travel; Trustana, a curated B2B marketplace and trade platform connecting verifiable, international partners for seamless cross-border trade; and Good Worker, an online job matching platform for seasonal workers and employers in India.
Affinidi, along with the applications Trustana and Good Worker, are seeded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.

What we are looking for :
- Someone who likes thinking about IT Strategy
- Someone who enjoys exploring things, new tech, new approaches and new processes.
- Sees issues as avenues for growth, plays the control point for all IT assets, procurement and partner with Talent team on headcount forecast for asset planning and scaling.
- Play an advisor role on security, policies and governance, centre of excellence for IT best practices and support engineering team with cloud and infra runway.
What you will do:
- Procure and manage global IT needs including managing vendors, software, hardware and SaaS
- Implement and improve processes and tools that support scalability and growth of business
- Onboard/offboard/monitor use of IT tools to balance cost vs benefit
- Work with cross functional teams on risk/compliance e.g. Security & Legal teams
- Enable and troubleshoot IT/tooling
- Implement IT security strategies and processes
- Ensures alignment of systems with standards and processes
- Ensure the availability of all relevant systems, through the implementation and management of maintenance, monitoring and change control strategies
- Implement and maintain up to date and effective documentation on all relevant IT systems, services and procedures
- Provide where necessary out of hours support of the IT systems
- VPN implementation
Job Requirement
Requirements
- More than 5 years working experience with minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Experience working as a System Administrator, with prior exposure to implementing processes and tools
- Cross functional collaboration experience in risk/compliance/security
- Able to articulate complex technical information to remote teams as well as non-technical people
- As is typical in IT, this is not the "usual" 9-5 job - some flexibility is required, particularly when working on projects or issues of significance
- Attention to detail
- Logical and practical in approach to solving complex problems
- Experience with supporting and deploying Network products (VPN, Active Dir) on the AWS Cloud is a plus
