Job Requirement
The Essence of this role:
Product Design lead at Affinidi, India is a senior role in which the person will lead UX design efforts of all the products we are building. Managing a team of UX designers to deliver great user experience is the core mandate the leader would drive.
What you’ll do:
- Own delivery of all design work for our Enterprise SAAS Platform & Consumer applications.
- Be the voice of our customers, preparing for and conducting quantitative and ethnographic research to deeply understand customer needs and behaviors
- Summarize relevant research insights, complete these with data analytics, and collaborate with teams to make actionable design decisions
- Structure and communicate our customer understanding by creating personas, customer journeys and design blueprints
- Leading regular creative sessions and create an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest for better user experience and creative user interfaces
- Be involved in multi-disciplinary design sprints, involving wireframing, prototype designing and hand-over to engineering team
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions from a design perspective in collaboration with product leaders while they conceptualize end-to-end solutions.
- Go hands-on in UX design to deliver user centric designs to support product development
You should apply if you possess:
- Deep knowledge and experience of UX design & research
- Significant track record shaping real-world user experiences and delivering tangible products and services to market, designing products from conceptualization to continuous improvement in market
- Hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in mobile apps and websites
- Managed a design team of not less than 3 Designers with ability to guide and mentor the design team to deliver great output.
- Ability in illustrating and presenting design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
- Proficiency with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision etc.
