A U.S.-based company that is developing an innovative sports team and club management platform is looking for a Senior Mobile Android Engineer. The engineer must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders both inside and outside of engineering in a fast-paced setting. The company's sports management platform is leveraging the power of modern technology while intending to make coordination and communication between sports participants easier. The company has managed to secure more than $56mn in funding so far.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop a collaborative and high-performance environment for a team of mobile app developers while providing technical leadership and direction
Ensure the quality of the code and adherence to best practices by performing code reviews and putting development processes and standards in place
Improve the responsiveness and performance of mobile apps, and always seek possibilities for development
Keep abreast of market developments, new technology, and best practices for creating mobile applications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a mobile engineer
Demonstrable mobile native and Kotlin experience
Prior experience working with Jetpack Compose, due to the current migration is nice to have
Extensive experience working with KMP, RESTful APIs, and MVVM
Fluent in spoken and written English communication
