Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) Product Management Department to lead a team to develop new and innovative offerings leveraging StarHub’s 5G mobile services. The selected candidate will lead a small agile team to discover and create new, innovative 5G Enterprise products, deploy them to real world customers, and monetize assets through the creation of new business models. In addition, the lead will work with StarHub engineering and integrated services teams to build orchestration functionality into our mobile service offering.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize 5G telco services growth strategies to drive service adoption, market share and revenue.
• Drive architectural design of systems and applications for automating network slicing features for 5G mobile services. 
• Work collaboratively across the business and engineering organizations within StarHub to gather and prioritize requirements and assess telco service approaches.
• Lead product discovery; understand, analyse 5G customer needs and translate these to business-to-product requirements.
• Set up and manage the process, tools used to validate 5G demand and to check 5G coverage.
• Develop 5G collateral and other resources with Product, Product Marketing and Technical Consultants.
• Build up and maintain a catalogue of 5G telco services, documentation and FAQ. 
• Drive the development of GTM strategies.
• Part of the core decision making team to decide the technologies, development environment, and other components to be used in products and services
• Build end-to-end product service offering working across all StarHub organizations to support product launch and ongoing service support. 
• Coordinate with other StarHub teams to deliver program deliverables against defined project milestones and deadlines.

A few things about you

• Experience with design thinking and/or lean start-up principles (e.g., user-centric solutions).
• Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have experience leading a team at a Manager, Sr Manager, GM, Director, or start-up equivalent level.
• Experience working in regulated environments, through vendor/industry/customers and building partnerships.
• Ability to bridge quantitative and complex ideas into simple concepts.
• Independently and successfully managed at least one B2B technology product, from concept to scale.
• Work collaboratively and communication widely to help others appreciate the importance of initiatives.
• High degree of self-initiative, along with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do" attitude.
• Industry experience in one of the following: robotics, machine vision, ML/AI, health tech, cybersecurity.
