Data Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to join the Group Business Analytics team to support the business operations.
This role includes:
- Reporting to the manager of Group Business Analytics, this role is to provide financial analysis/insight through data within Group Business, support the financial planning and reporting function within the business units.
- Identify key performance drivers within the business based on:
- Creation and maintenance of MI dashboards
- Assist in providing insight for the MI reports
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of various scheduled reports and databases
- Maintenance of database used for business reporting
- Develop and monitor scheduled MI reports and dashboards according to the business units requirements.
- Support strategic marketing initiatives/projects from providing requirements and business analytics data support to completion and successful delivery and launch of the initiatives/projects.
Job Requirement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed time management and prioritization skills
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- A general understanding on the operations of insurance business
- Ability to interact with all levels of people, in complex and difficult situations
- Proficient in MS Office, Qlik Sense or Tableau, SQL
- Python and Qlik NPrinting would be an added advantage
