MarTech Lead
Job Description
- Plan, consolidate and recommend the overall stack of martech requirements
- Improve MarTech stack utilization and drive marketing performance and customer personalisation including areas such as:
- Web analytics tools
- Journey management and personalization
- Email marketing tools
- Campaign and leads management
- Integrate and standardise existing martech stack, including working with vendor to build strategy to bridge identified gaps
- Leverage existing martech solutions like Adobe campaign, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
- Design and manage internal workflows and processes with stakeholders, and ensure adoption of martech stack and analytics as part of product build
- Integrate martech with non-marketing platforms where required (e.g. leads management system, advisory apps)
- Operate martech products as an administrator, including martech budget
- Perform security reviews such as data privacy and compliance reviews of martech solutions
- Oversee martech governance such as ensuring martech stack is up-to-date
- Oversee marketing related analytics to ensure effective tracking and recommendation to improve communication performance
- Support vendor relationship and commercials management for key MarTech tools
Job Requirement
- Strong background in martech with minimum 8 years demonstrable experience
- Effective communicator equally at ease with business and technical stakeholders
- Curiosity & a real passion for to drive customer enagement
- Strong project management experience
- Team player with leadership qualities
