- Take ownership of both existing and new features, building user friendly interfaces supported by a scalable and reliable platform
- Ensure the quality and performance of our existing web and mobile products through developing best practices and code reviews

- A product-first approach to development, with a track record of solving problems from a
- user’s perspective while balancing business and technical requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Solid understanding of modern frontend and backend development including database
- design, API development, and web/mobile frameworks
- Production experience in at least one the core components of our technical stack- Django, React, and React Native
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Passionate about building up and maintaining our engineering culture
