The Insurance team is a relatively new team within Klook that manages our insurance products offered to customers across the region. Having created a joint venture (JV) with ZA Tech, we are in an exciting phase of growing the insurance business and team exponentially.
What you will do:
Define product strategies and roadmap for consumer e-commerce platform, on both mobile and web to align with business direction and company vision
Manage a team of product managers and engineers.
Lead the ideation, development, launching, and iteration of product features and build the Experimentation culture with the team
Work closely and collaborate with Klook key stakeholders (e.g. verticals, Klook R&D teams, CEG, etc.) to achieve business objectives
Participate in discussions with business teams and contribute to decision making from a product perspective
Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and other related parties to identify needs and provide solutions
Close any day-to-day collaboration gaps between Product and Tech (e.g. cross-team project SOPs, Sprints management, etc.)
Strategic team management e.g. team structure and resource allocation, critical roles succession planning, etc.
Job Requirement
What you will need:
Proven experiences in either product management or technology development for 8+ years, 3+ years of team management
Experience in travel and/or E-commerce is a plus
Proactive, logical, strategic, and data-driven
Proven experience in leading a diverse team to achieve goals
Focus on UX and be able to fully understand users' needs and behaviors. Able to balance UX and business goals
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, project management, team management, and development skills
Embraces challenges and uncertainty - you will be a member of a team that aims to trailblaze and push boundaries in the highly regulated insurance industry.
Comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, due to the need to work with teams in China.
