We are looking for frontend engineers to build delightful interfaces and user experiences for our investors and borrowers. Our team is growing, but still lean enough to not require excessive specialization – you will have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of tasks.
This position is available for fully remote working arrangements across all cities in India.
What you will do:
- Build modern JavaScript applications that help investors and borrowers onboard and transact on our system
- Build attractive landing pages and measure their success
- Contribute to code and architecture reviews to keep our code quality high
- Debug and resolve production issues; take part in blameless postmortems
- Plan and execute smooth migrations to new technology as a way of managing technical debt
- Build mobile optimised web apps
Job Requirement
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience using Angular and/or Typescript.
- Prior experience with ReactJs, VueJS, Basic AWS, CI/CD is a great plus
- You have set up and maintained a build pipeline with Webpack
- You have experience writing modular CSS and an appreciation for accessibility and progressive enhancement.
- You are enthusiastic about collaborating across departments to solve challenging problems
- You are pragmatic about the need to release less-than-perfect software and continuously iterate on it
- You care about performance of the UI as well as making sure it performs correctly with well tested code.
- You can identify and articulate trade offs in frontend architecture
- You can communicate both technical and business requirements fluently
- You are excited about both learning new things and teaching others
