Job Title: Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• At least 2 years of SDLC or application maintenance support
• Fresh Graduates may apply

Job Description:

• Responsible for business requirement gathering and analysis
• Design, develop, test, and implement applications
• Maintain existing web application and back-end application
• Support on-site debugging and technical support on application and network.
• Conduct application training and handle inquiries for technical issue
• Pre-sales support for technical enquiries
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
• Perform additional tasks and support enhancement projects, as required
• All preventive maintenance tasks and ad hoc tasks
• Update all forms of maintenance reports (e.g. installation report, incident report, preventive maintenance report)
