Job Description

As a Project Manager at AIQURIS, you will oversee the tasks and activities of the personnel in the startup to ensure they are working on their routine tasks and meeting their deliverables. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be key in driving the team to achieve our vision while managing resources effectively and maintaining high morale.

Responsibilities:

• Govern the tasks and activities of personnel across all workstreams, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Administration, and HR, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilise Microsoft Azure DevOps to track and manage tasks, ensuring transparency and accountability across all workstreams.
• Motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Question and critically assess the work of workstream leads and personnel, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the company's vision.
• Manage resources effectively, identifying under or overstaffing situations and adjusting plans and communications accordingly.
• Drive the team to accomplish their tasks and meet deliverables, introducing new deliverables as necessary to adapt to changing priorities.
• Execute good project management practices, including owning and governing a risk and issue register, maintaining a project schedule, and ensuring adherence to best project management practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the C-Suite and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, project management best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project execution and outcomes.
